Please take note of the important information below:
- At Bb4H Designs, we only accept custom orders. Once we receive your order, we will reach out to you via messaging to provide a mock-up design. If you prefer a different method of communication, please specify it in the "other special instructions" section.
- When personalizing your item with a monogram, kindly indicate the preferred order of initials. We can either follow the traditional first, middle, last format with equal-sized letters or arrange them as first, last, middle with the last initial slightly larger in the center.
- Rest assured that Bb4H Designs will not proceed with laser engraving any products without seeking your approval for the design. However, if you wish for us to do so without approval, please inform us accordingly.
- In case you desire a specific picture, logo, or emblem on your item, kindly supply us with a JPEG or PDF file (in full color) through email at bb4h@bb4h.co, or upload on here.
- It is important to note that we cannot engrave images onto our items if you do not possess the rights to them. Please refrain from requesting engravings of copyrighted or trademarked images.
- For engraving names or monograms alone, there is no need to provide any files.
- Please allow a 5-7 day period for production time since these are custom-made to order.
